How XM Lost Me as a Customer

I got a free trial of XM Radio with my car.  When I called them to ask if I could listen online during the trial, the woman was so incompetent that she...actually I don't think I can even describe how inept she was.  I can tell you that the username she assigned me was a GROSS distortion of what I asked for!  After trying every combination of name/password she gave me, I was unable to login.  OK, I'll just use the "forgot your username?" feature.  That took me to the error page you see below.  At this point it's really not worth my time, and I don't need satellite radio that badly.  One lost customer.
