The Best Customer Service on the Planet

You've heard me say it before, but I'm saying it again. L.L. Bean has the best customer service on the planet.  Did I say it loud enough?  Here's a bigger font:

I had a question about an order, and I was on and off the phone in less than 60 seconds, starting from the time I dialed the call.  The woman was pleasant, I could understand her clearly, she answered the call after 1 ring, she didn't ask me for any information twice (in fact, she had my information already...caller ID, I suppose), she didn't recite a summary of our conversation, she didn't ask me she's answered my question satisfactorily.  She gave me the exact information I needed, faster than could even reasonably be expected.  Every company in the world could learn from them...(yeah, I'm talkin' to you Verizon, Comcast, Dell....).
