Windows Media Center - INVALID APPLICATION

I chose Windows. I'm envious of Macs, but at heart, I'm a PC guy, so I guess I made my bed, etc, etc.  That said, Microsoft never fails to disappoint.  I didn't really know anything about "Windows Media Center", but I thought I'd click it.  Windows 7 has impressed me so far, so I'm thinking, hey, maybe WMC is going to also.  Below is the first screen I saw.  THANKS Microsoft!
