Calling All Utility Companies

Hey utility companies!  Yup, I'm talkin' to you Verizon, Comcast, Weltman and the rest.  You think you've got game?  How about proving it.  When you set up a service call determine a one hour window in which you will arrive.  For each minute you're late the price for the call goes down by 1%.  This means that if you're 60 minutes late, your customer gets 60% off the bill.  After 100 minutes, there is no charge for the service.

If you create and stand by a policy like this, your customers will become loyal customers, and your COMPETITOR'S customers will become YOUR customers.
