Important Account Information

To all financial institutions, utilities and any other companies that send account information to customers:  If you write "Important Account Information" on an envelope that contains a solicitation, the natural reaction of the customer is to distrust you.  You are lying to your customer.  A solicitation is NOT "important account information," despite the fact that your legal department says you can get away with it. Lying is not a good component of any relationship.  Stop it.
